Job Posting Title: Assistant Project Manager


Description:

Come join a team of Project Managers in the Construction/HVAC/Plumbing industry!


Swoon is actively seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the team of our client - an innovative comany with diverse industries! You'll work closely with other project managers dealing with Construction, HVAC, and Plumbing!


What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, contractors, architects, etc.
  • You will be preparing Documentation, scheduling, purchases, budgeting, etc.
  • Create manuals and for maintenance and operations

What's required?

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivelant
  • 3+ years' experience with Project management
  • Experience with creating manuals and purchasing equipment
  • Experience with budgeting, communicating with stakeholders, and scheduling


What's preferred?

  • Experience with Commercial Constrcution, Mechanical, HVAC industry is a plus
