Job Summary

The Marketing Project Coordinator will coordinate tasks and provide professional administrative support to one or more project teams.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Maintains project-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, or payment records.
• Identifies interdependences with internal or external departments or service providers
• Schedules cross-functional meetings to facilitate collaboration
• Tracks project progress
• Typically reports to a department head or manager.
• Prepares reports for clients or project stakeholders
• Reviews project requirements
• Delegates responsibilities
• Prepares and maintains project plans
• Ensures that work is completed as needed
