Construction Senior Project Manager - Multifamily - $140-170K

About Our Client

• Coordination of site inspections with contractors
• Project budget tracking and forecast reporting to management
• Concurrently managing projects through all phases of concept, design, execution, punch list
• Project oversight from real estate hand off through design, construction execution and final handover
• Creation of project estimates/budgets and scope outline
• Contractor Invoice review and approval
• Ongoing collaboration with counterparts and clients to ensure seamless project execution
• Direct contractor management including safety, cost, schedule, quality
• Project closeout with contractors

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in Construction & Project management
• Ability to identify potential problems and prior to them becoming a larger issue
• Excellent written and spoken English. Must have the ability to discuss technical topics with a variety of audiences - contractors, and engineers
• Strong desire to be a part of a world-class team focused on achieving amazing results
• Thorough understanding of construction administration processes, including contracts, budgets, construction documents, change orders, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and material procurement
• Strong ability to self-manage working outside of the office environment
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Understanding of forecast planning and budgeting
• Opportunity based in Phoneix
• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related subject
• Project Based in Phoenix, Tempe and Flaggstaff
