Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Assistant Graphic Designer to join our creative team and drive design development across app, email, paid media, and site for the Levi’s® brand in the Americas. In this role, you will work collaboratively across brand marketing, eCommerce, copywriting, and global design teams to create visually compelling marketing creative that engages the Levi’s® consumer and drives purchase intent. The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of technical ability, creativity, and eCommerce marketing experience. If you are this talented individual, we would love to get to know you.
About the Job
  • Coordinate with marketing leads and copy team to clarify objectives, revise creative based on feedback, and ensure accuracy of all project work
  • Support in QA and proofing of creative prior to go live
  • Work closely with in-house creative team, and external agency partners as needed, to develop and produce creative for the Levi’s® brand app, eCommerce sites, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives
  • Stay current on industry trends and share insights with key cross-functional partners, keeping the Levi’s® brand at the forefront of digital design best practices
  • Partner across creative disciplines and leverage key consumer insights to create a seamless customer experience solution
  • Actively participate in, and help drive, the creative process by translating layouts from established designs to create versioning for paid media, site, and email creative, including mobile adaptations
About You
  • 1 - 3 years of professional experience in web design or multimedia required; experience with responsive design is a plus
  • Extremely proficient in Adobe Suite programs especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and FIGMA software
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, has excellent follow through, and is willing to be
  • Detail-oriented and well organized, with top-notch time management skills enabling you to thrive in deadline-driven environment
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-based, performance-driven culture
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • BFA in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Studies or other design-related field
  • Strong graphic design, layout, typography, image manipulation, and color correction skills
  • Portfolio or work samples required
  • Relevant experience with a lifestyle-oriented, trend-setting brand, ideally in a retail and/or eCommerce environment
  • Comfortable with HTML coding
The expected starting salary range for this role is $57,500- $90,500. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
