The Assistant Manager, North America Brand Commercialization plays a key role in the development and execution of North America strategies & franchise initiatives, with the goal of driving licensing business & consumer engagement. The Brand Commercialization team collaborates with partners across Disney Licensing and Retail to drive retail sales across North America with a focus on Disney Franchises.
You Will:
On any given day as an Assistant Manager, Brand Commercialization, you might:
- Lead retail and social marketing & advertising approvals
- Drive campaign summary reports, including the collection of consumer feedback, business insights, and key takeaways to inform future strategies
- Assist in development and implementation North America strategic plans to drive business results, including merchandise, retail, & creative strategies.
- Support PR needs via campaign ideation, asset support, press release clearances, and fact checking
- Develop & maintain brand franchise tools, including pitch decks, sell sheets, content calendars, sizzles, customizing where appropriate
- Support brand franchise activations including social media, influencer marketing, email & digital advertising
- Help track team budget, manage request submissions & drive quarterly reconciliation
- Assist in the development of commercialization strategies, via campaign ideation & development for retail and licensing partners

- 3+ years prior brand management, franchise and/or marketing experience
- Proficient in Keynote, Microsoft Outlook, Box & Google Docs
- Resourceful, innovative and responsive to change
Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree
