Key Responsibilities:
Develop, refine, and meticulously proofread a variety of documents, reports, and presentations for both internal and external circulation.
Conduct comprehensive research on relevant HOA-related topics, policy shifts, and best practices to provide a solid foundation for well-informed decision-making.
Sustain open lines of communication within the organization and with external stakeholders, promptly addressing inquiries and effectively disseminating information.
Assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, and events, managing logistical arrangements, creating agendas, and ensuring follow-ups after events.
Provide support in formulating fundraising campaigns and other endeavors aimed at securing financial support for the organization's initiatives.
Maintain the organization's database, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records of contacts and stakeholders.
Monitor pertinent news and developments related to HOA reform, offering concise summaries and insightful analysis to the team.
Aid in managing the organization's online presence and digital communication, enhancing engagement and cultivating a robust online footprint.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in organizational skills and adeptness in prioritizing tasks within a dynamic environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
Familiarity with various social media platforms and online communication tools.
Capability to conduct thorough research, synthesize information, and present well-structured summaries.
Proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Previous engagement with non-profit organizations, advocacy, or public policy is advantageous.
Understanding of HOA dynamics, real estate, or community-centric issues is a plus.
Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential data.
Location:
This role is open to North Carolina residents who own property within a Homeowners' Association-governed community.
