Job Description

Summary

This person oversees the different functions of the food and beverage areas including banquets, restaurant, room service and bar at different times within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling and training of staff. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field
  • Excellent guest service skills
