Assistant Director, Information Technology

POSITION GOAL
Responsible for managing staff and technology resources and performing work across multiple areas of an Information Technology Platform / Infrastructure, including but not limited to analysis, development, and administration of IT Systems Software, Hardware, Databases, Data and Voice Networks, Data processing Operations, IT Infrastructure, IT Security, End-User Technology and Software Support. Responsible for ensuring compliance to I&T and security policies, procedures, and standards. Also, responsible for working with customers within assigned area of support to ensure acceptable delivery of services are maintained. ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of six (6) years, within the last ten (10) years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Infrastructure, Shared Services, Applications, Network, Unified Communication, Endpoint Mgmt., Desktop Support, Server, Service Desk, Data Center Management, Cyber and Physical Security, Project Management and any other Technology disciplines/groups.
• An earned bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Or

• A minimum of twelve (12) years, within the last fifteen (15) years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Infrastructure, Shared Services, Applications, Network, Unified Communication, Endpoint Mgmt., Desktop Support, Server, Service Desk, Data Center Management, Cyber and Physical Security, Project Management and any other Technology disciplines/groups.
• A standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Education Development Testing Program.

AND

• Prior supervisory or team lead experience.

Salary Range: $74,407 - $133,882
