Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong project management experience. Additionally, they need to have a solid background in DevOps. Seeking someone who is proactive, technically proficient, and capable of delivering results. The role may require working late hours and will involve building and expanding the team. Within a year, there is potential for the candidate to progress into a VP position.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of the project, including partner integration requirements, functional validation and API validation.
  • Develop ongoing strategy for workforce accessibility, security and performance
  • Developing, optimizing and measuring the IT Help Desk
  • Developing and advocating for the IT CapEx budgets
  • Remain abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in the organization
  • Work with Security & Compliance team to implement and maintain SOC2
  • Establishes IT strategy by collaborating with officers and senior management to set organizational vision and strategy and to determine how technology can best service the business
  • Cultivate a team-oriented, problem-solving culture focused on delivering quality solutions that facilitate business success
  • Developing and maintaining end-user training documentation
  • Developing and enforcing IT policies and standards
  • Build and lead an agile and responsive team responsible for maintaining a secure and stable computing environment with maximum system availability and performance
  • Sets department goals for meeting scalability and growth needs of the company for quickly expanding dealer and product base


Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Azure proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Management
  • At least 5 years’ experience in information systems as a manager or director
  • Waterfall
  • Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft Project proficiency
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • PMP certification
  • Experience in incremental delivery with an understanding of delivery metrics.
  • SDLC
  • Track record of self-driven project ownership and adherence to methodology under minimum supervision
  • Agile/Scrum/Kanban
