A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT CASE MANAGER

As an Assistant Case Manager at our human services nonprofit, you work with your team to provide a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing classroom. Assisting the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you have a hand in all areas of management duties necessary to meet ABA program implementation. You help train staff members and establish a superior curriculum to support clients as they advance socially and academically.

Working independently with each child in various locations, you develop appropriate instructional materials, which benefit the child's attainment of social, communicative, and behavioral goals. You complete treatment progress notes and all other required documentation quickly and accurately. Keeping apprised of current trends and practices in behavioral health makes you an asset to our company, and that is why you are perfect for this case management position!

Qualifications For An Assistant Case Manager

• Bachelor's degree in an area related to autism such as applied behavior analysis, child development, psychology, or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other office equipment
• Certified, by an approved provider, in basic first aid
• Board-certified Assistant Behavior Analyst OR a Registered Junior Instructor
• Certified, by an approved provider, in adult CPR with AED and infant-child CPR
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and an acceptable driving record

Board-certified ABA with one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum is preferred but not required. If you are not yet certified but working towards certification, this credential must be obtained within six months of hire.
