Victim Witness Case Manager

The Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney is seeking qualified applicants for a Victim Witness Case Manager. Under general supervision, performs professional work providing comprehensive information and services to victims and witnesses in accordance with the Crime Victim Rights Act. Provides services and information related to victim and witness participation, law enforcement contacts, financial assistance, notices, victim input, courtroom assistance, and post-trial assistance. Position collaborates with other victim/witness staff, attorneys, coordinates and perform other duties as required by the Victim Witness Lead and Commonwealth's Attorney. Case Managers also act as a liaison between victims, witnesses, prosecuting attorneys, and other stakeholder agencies.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Position requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Victimology, or a related field and a minimum of two (2) years related work experience in criminal justice or court system.

Fluency in Spanish and/or Farsi is preferred, but not required.

Successful candidate will undergo a criminal and DMV background check.
