YOUR LIFE AS AN ASSISTANT CASE MANAGER - ABA

This full-time autism case management position in behavioral health works during the day.

As an Assistant Case Manager - ABA at our human services nonprofit, you work as an integral part of your team to provide a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing classroom. Working with the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you take part in all areas of management duties necessary to meet ABA program implementation. To support clients as they advance socially and academically, you establish a superior curriculum and help train staff members.

To benefit a child's attainment of social, communicative, and behavioral goals, you work independently with each child in various locations and develop appropriate instructional materials. You complete treatment progress notes and all other required documentation quickly and accurately. Keeping apprised of current trends and practices in behavioral health makes you an asset to our company, and that is why you are perfect for this case management position at our nonprofit!

WHAT WE NEED IN AN ASSISTANT CASE MANAGER - ABA

• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and an acceptable driving record
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other office equipment
• Certified, by an approved provider, in adult CPR with AED and infant-child CPR
• Certified, by an approved provider, in basic first aid
• Board-certified Assistant Behavior Analyst OR a Registered Junior Instructor
• Bachelor's degree in an area related to autism such as applied behavior analysis, child development, psychology, or a related field

Board-certified ABA with one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum is preferred but not required. If you are not yet certified but working towards certification, you will need to obtain it within six months of hire.
