Job Description

We are seeking an associate with at least three years of experience to join our Asset and Corporate Finance practice group. Preferred candidates will be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team to advise a variety of national and international clients across the firm’s global platform. Meaningful experience with leveraged finance, asset finance (including real estate finance) and/or loan workouts is desired. K&L Gates’ Asset and Corporate Finance practice represents lenders, borrowers, servicers and other market participants in a wide range of financing transactions. Base Salary $225,000 - $375,000 / year

The base salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, market factors and candidate’s geographic location.
