Manager, Corporate Finance (JD 78) We are seeking an experienced, dynamic finance professional to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in financial and strategic planning decisions, creating financial models of "what if" scenarios to help future business decisions in areas such as new product development and new marketing strategies, prepare presentations for investors, research analysts, board of directors and senior leadership, lead quarterly earnings call preparation, and perform ad hoc tasks as needed by the senior management team. This highly-visible role works closely with departments across the organization to enhance our business model. The right candidate will be tech savvy, a visionary and passionate about renewable, sustainable solutions. This position reports directly to the Vice President, Treasury and Investor Relations and located at our corporate headquarters in West Palm Beach, FL

• This is not a remote role and relocation assistance is not offered at this time. Responsibilities: Directly responsible for developing ground-up complex financial models, creating budgets and forecasts and participating in business planning and FP&A. Identify, research and stay current on various regional markets, industry trends, competitive landscape, research community and internal product development efforts and leverage this knowledge to evaluate opportunities to enhance strategic positioning. Help determine growth strategies that will yield the greatest benefit and work closely with cross-functional teams on initiatives to ensure alignment in support of our key growth strategies.

Collaborate with the Accounting team in relation to the month end close and assist in implementation and oversight of the ERP system. Develop daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting out of various systems with disparate information

• Perform treasury functions including daily cash management ensuring efficiency, maximizing yield and minimizing risk and costs. Present and develop content for communication to the Executive team and Board of Directors. Work Experience & Skills: 3 - 5 years of full-time relevant business experience within a mature finance organization

Public-company corporate finance experience preferred Experience with project financing including the assessment of metrics such as IRR, NPV and payback period
Excellent oral, listening, planning, organizational, and time management skills Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Exceptional interpersonal skills suited to working across teams Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and proficient in Google Suite platform Experience with ERP implementation Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timelines s Strong work ethics, an attention to detail and a self-starter Education: BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or another equivalent field OR an equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work and life experience MA/MBA degree preferred Our Competitive Benefits Package includes: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
