Job Description
Overview:
The Orlando office of Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck, a nationally recognized AV-rated® firm of 200+ attorneys across 17 offices, is seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 1 year of defense litigation experience in General Liability and/or Employment Litigation.
** Experience in L&E, HOA, Healthcare litigation, and/or commercial litigation is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in a wide range of cases, including Labor & Employment, Healthcare, General Liability, HOA and commercial litigation.
  • Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
  • Independently manage a defense litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
Qualifications:
  • Superior Academic Credentials
  • J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Superior communication, writing and research skills
  • Member in good standing of the Florida Bar
