• The Area Manager-Dallas/Oklahoma City is a full-time position that will be responsible for guiding, leading, and coordinating between customers, drivers, and warehouse employees for multiple business operations in Texas and Oklahoma. The successful individual must have the ability to use his/her own judgment in maintaining a safe, profitable operation while providing an atmosphere that encourages his/her employees to remain motivated and engaged while taking care of our customers. This individual must be willing to have a flexible work schedule. This position will require a mixture of days, nights, and weekends as needed.
• $80,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)
• This position will require travel.
• This is a 100% remote position

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, and route operations.
• 5+ years of business experience in the transportation industry.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehousing.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in managing drivers.
• Complete understanding of DOT/HOS Regulations.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
