Our Housekeeping Manager will possess a professional understanding of systems, business and housekeeping operations. Supporting and uplifting the Housekeeping department will be essential to your success. You will be part of the Housekeeping leadership team and be able to lead and motivate your team through strong accounting and communication skills.

What you will be doing:

  • Actively contribute to hotel overall leadership and direction.
  • Oversee the onboarding and training of new housekeeping employees.
  • Maintain system of controls, that ensure efficient and consistent housekeeping operating standards.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department.
  • Champion internal control compliance with respect to company Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
  • Recruit, develop, and evaluate and motivate the team.

Qualifications


Your experience and skills include:

  • Proven leadership and coaching skills with a track record of developing a highly motivated and cross-trained group of progressive accounting professionals.
  • Hospitality housekeeping management a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of housekeeping management experience.
