Yellowstone Club’s Housekeeping department is currently seeking candidates for the Housekeeping Manager position. This is a Full-time year-round salaried role.

The purpose of the Housekeeping Manager is to oversee the operations, budget and performance of the area to which they have been assigned.

Responsibilities Include:

• Empowered to guarantee guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our guests at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our Members and guests.
• Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, Members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
• Ensure that each member and guest receives outstanding guest service in an environment which includes greeting and acknowledging the Member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment.

Qualified candidates must have:

• High School Diploma, GED, or related work experience
• 2-3 years’ of cleaning in a resort or club setting preferred, not required
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Manager preferred, not required
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet the company driving insurance requirements

The position offered is a Full-time year-round role located in Big Sky, Montana.
