Warehouse Manager Jobs

1 Resource Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clients warehousing facility. This is a DIRECT HIRE position working directly for our client with benefits!

As a vital member, you will ensure the timely and effective receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, and work closely with all departments to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Must have previous warehouse management experience oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including implementation of processes and procedures, quality control, shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing training and coaching as needed to maintain high levels of productivity, quality, and safety.
• Ensure the safety of all personnel and compliance with all applicable regulations, including OSHA and DOT.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure the timely and accurate receipt of goods and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve operational goals.
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with warehouse management software and experience with inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of personnel.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• 5+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
