We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to join our growing team and oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring world-class quality, on-time delivery, and a superior customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
• Hire, train, and manage a team of warehouse employees, including setting performance goals and conducting regular performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations
• Develop and manage budgets for the warehouse department
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize workflow and efficiency

What You Bring

• Experience: Five years in a warehouse role managing hourly employees
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for long periods of time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
• Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English
• Education: High school diploma or associate degree (or equivalent) in logistics or supply chain management
• Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
