Accounting Manager Jobs

This position is responsible for overseeing accounting activities required by the company procedures in an aircraft MRO environment. Must be able to prepare forecasts and annual budgets; must have experience in the analysis and reconciliation of the financial and operating statements and reporting of variances; tracking key performance indicators, with proven productivity improvements; cost reductions/control; and leadership/team-building history.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the supervision and oversight of Finance Department employees;
• Track KPIs and provide analysis to facility leadership;
• Manage and assist in the preparation of company inventory reconciliations and General Ledger account reconciliations;
• Assist in financial modeling for new products and service lines, facilities, etc.
• Manage the preparation of monthly accounting schedules;
• Manage and assist in the preparation of company monthly financial statements;
• Fixed asset management and capital appropriations management;
• Provide accounting and financial analysis to leadership team as required;
• Manages the local Accounts Payable functions;
• Manages the preparation of annual departmental and company consolidated budgets;
• Support Internal and external audit as part of the larger Dassault US legal entity.
• Assists with vendor relationships and accounts as required;
• Oversee remote subsidiary locations to ensure compliance with Company policies and process;
• Manages the analysis and reconciliation of the financial and operating statements, including variance reporting;
