• Architectural Project Manager - Retail

We're in search of a leader & mentor.We are looking for a PM that has the aptitude to manage and oversee the entire process of a project. The ideal candidate possesses excellent verbal and written skills, has the ability to be flexible when teaching others and is a highly successful multi-tasker. They are proactive, responsive, highly motivated, and possesses excellent time management skills.They are responsible for leading the project team, including administrative functions.

Project Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of assigned projects. They ensure that the project conforms to the contractual agreement between ADC, our client, and consultants. They are responsible for understanding and fulfilling the client program requirements, including deliverables, attending meetings, and possibly traveling. They monitor project receivables, reviews billings, read and understands project reports, and assists in collections. They read and write contracts, proposals, and additional services.

The Project Manager leads multiple projects and teams. They manage the balance between the design and technical solutions. They are responsible for standards of care and the quality of the project. They will review their staff’s drawings and specifications, gives input on for completeness, correctness, and coordination. They ensure that corrections and clarification are made if required.

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge in AutoCAD or REVIT.
• Travel is likely to be required.
• Architectural License preferred but not required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Architectural degree is preferred but a combination of required education and experience accepted.
• 15+ years of experience, may consider less, 6+ years required in the retail sector

SALARY RANGE FOR THIS POSITION- $90,000-$157,500
