Sr. Creative Project Manager

The Sr. Creative Project Manager is an integral part of the Creative team. You will orchestrate and facilitate the client-specific Creative team workflow that moves in and out of the team. In your partnership, you will be able to monitor timelines of work-in-progress and, follow up with creative design project leads, and help facilitate efficient project workflow on a daily, weekly, & monthly basis.

To thrive in this role, you have a solid understanding of the creative process and excitement about utilizing a mix of organizational, creative, and communication skills, making every day unique and exciting.

The Story House team is dedicated to delivering impactful experiences for our clients. Our work takes many forms, including experiential activations, digital and social campaigns, sweepstakes, websites, instant win programs, and event-based technologies.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Creative Process. You will join our team with a previous understanding of the creative process, building timelines, and proofing creative projects. You are also well-versed in quoting and scoping creative work.
• Teamwork. Holding yourself and those on your team accountable, supporting each other to seize opportunities, and coming to the most innovative and effective process as a team. Setting high expectations for those around you to provide the most supportive work environment.
• Time management. You can prioritize and meet multiple deadlines, working well in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Project Management. You have senior experience being the gatekeeper of creative projects in past roles- tracking workflows and supporting multiple projects across various clients. You can prioritize and meet multiple deadlines, working well in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Communication. You can clearly document and explain instructions and procedures in a way that is clearly interpreted by the teams you are supporting across the agency. You are comfortable and confident in coaching and mentoring others in the creative process.
