The Role

• If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $81,930 to $186,790 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
• Refine and optimize application business case business case framework
• If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.
• Work with clients and internal teams to define application migration options, technical and cost implications
• Responsible for the overall success of the technical solution from construction, implementation and system integration in a technology, industry or business specialty
• Deliver new and complex high-quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements
• Define and execute application modernization and migration to cloud technical and business analysis

Who You Are

• Cloud Business Case, TCO, Value Case experience
• Understanding of the Costs to build TCO model for clients to understand 'cost/benefit to move to cloud'
• 5+ years application development experience (.net, java, python, etc)
• 2+ years application migration to the cloud and cloud native development Application Architect, application modernization & migration
• Software modernization and language conversion experience like; .Net, COBOL, Java, Python, RPG, etc
• Cost optimization strategies for existing platforms and hybrid-cloud accounts
• 2+ years architecture, middleware and data experience
