Title: SQL Server Developer Rate – 60hr Company: Option Care Health Location: 6935 Treeline Drive, Suite A, Brecksville, OH 44141 – can be 100% remote Team: Database and Business Analytics Duration: 6+ months Technical – Python, SQL, TSQL, SSIS, SSRS, ETL, Summary We are looking for a senior SQL Server developer to develop MS-SQL queries, procedures, create custom reports, modify existing reports to enhance organizational productivity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, automating reports, and ensuring they meet current and future company requirements. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop the reports. : • Hands-on experience in creating, developing, and supporting large volume of SSRS reports on SQL Server environment. • Strong SQL/T-SQL knowledge in writing or debugging code, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) to move data from different data sources to BI servers, SSRS (Report design/server/manager). • Develop, create store procedure, packages, functions, views for critical business reports • Develop procedure and scripts for data migration and automation • Develop, implement, and optimize store procedures and views to facilitate reporting • Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and develop reports • Build and maintain SQL procedures and ETL processes • Knowledge of Python language, developing front-end portal using Python • Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements • Build robot, scalable and high-performance solutions that meet business requirements • Perform enhancements and bug fixes are required • Participate in design and code reviews • Collaborate with other developers and DBA team members to maintain and improve query performance • Collaborate with on-shore and off-shore team members • Documenting technical function and technical design using Visio in BI Handbook • Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira Basic Education And/or Experience Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and minimum 10 years IT development experience • At least 10-15 years of experience in writing code in SQL/T-SQL, store procedure/packages (SSRS reports/SSIS packages) on SQL Server database to support various reporting/ETL requirements • Python language knowledge is critical for the role • At least 5 years of experience working with business and technical leadership.
