Job Description
We need three Senior (8+ years) SQL developers with strong SSIS experience and Tableau and Financial experience are a plus but not required. ***CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO NY/NJ AND HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE OR STATE ID TO VERIFY LOCATION. LINKEDIN IS REQUIRED ALSO

Location : Hybrid/NJ/NYC-Midtown

  • Discuss and document evolving business requirements with business units, functions, management and users
  • Administering and documenting data dictionaries, requirements, specifications, data models and topology aides
  • Able to take direction and work autonomously
  • Reviewing query performance and optimizing code
  • Works with IT to ensure end to end processes are aligned
  • Programming views, stored procedures, and functions/triggers
  • Supports and troubleshoots SSIS job failures with IT
  • Writing queries used for reporting and downstream data processes
  • Designing and coding database tables to store data
  • Creating and supporting SQL SSIS packages for ETL and other automated processes
  • This position may have high level access to all IT systems in the company, as necessary.
  • Creating table indexes to improve database performance


Education/Experience


  • Experience working with project teams preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Services, preferred
  • MS Suite including MS Project and Visio, preferred
  • Business Intelligence experience (Business Objects, Oracle, Tableau), preferred
  • Bachelors' degree or higher in Information Technology, Math or related degree, preferred
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, Visual Studio, and SQL Server Integration Services required.
