We are currently seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians better known as Maintenance Heroes, to join our team!
You will be responsible for completing Apartment turns and work orders.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Completing Apartment Turns ( plumbing leaks, installs and replaces sinks, faucets, and toilets, troubleshoots and replaces basic electrical components)
• Keep grounds clean and presentable
• Preventive maintenance; assisting with inspection of apartments, buildings and grounds
• Appliance, electrical, heating, plumbing and safety equipment repair and replacement
• Pick up / clean grounds and common areas.
• Touch up painting, repair and replacement of window screens and glass
• Have HVAC experience preferred HVAC Certification but not required
• Complete service requests in a timely fashion
• Making apartments ready for occupancy (i.e., light carpentry work, drywall repairs and finish work)
• Estimate time and extent of repairs

Qualifications

• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
