Have HVAC experience preferred HVAC Certification but not required

Complete service requests in a timely fashion

Assist with laundry including washing, ironing, packing/unpacking for travel, seasonal wardrobe management, and managing dry cleaning.

Knowledgeable about cleaning various surfaces using various cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.

Produces and manages maintenance schedule for all building and equipment and ensure schedules are adhered to.

Manage Vendor and repairs, overseeing work of other parties when required (e.g. electrician, plumber, HVAC, carpentry, gardening help, etc.)

Will act as the main housekeeper/houseman for all buildings on the property. With normal housekeeping expectations.

Ensure all cabinets, drawers, closets, and linen/towel storage in all rooms of the house are properly organized and maintained.

Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR, PMT and First Aid certifications

Must be able to complete all In-Services and/or training required to fulfill the position.

Valid driver's licences and insured vehicle

Ability to make independent decisions

Positive attitude towards the services provided

Willingness to be a team player

Communicates with management on changes, maintenance needs and tenant issues.

SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The Following

Cleans all common areas and leasing office.

Picks-up trash on property and maintains clean and safe exterior environment.

Keeps parking areas clean and well maintained.

Notifies supervisor of any resident or safety issues.
