Responsibilities
Be the expert: Develop a deep understanding of Houston's rental market and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and offerings.
Connect with clients: Reach out to provided warm leads via calls and texts in a timely manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
Match made in heaven: Send personalized apartment listings to clients that exceed their expectations and align with their requirements.
Build relationships: Consistently follow up with clients, providing exceptional service and valuable insights at every touchpoint.
Tour and lease: Accompany clients on in-person apartment community tours or facilitate guest-card registration for virtual tours, ensuring they find their perfect match.
Smooth move-ins: Confirm move-in details with clients and the apartment community, ensuring a seamless transition.
Close the deal: Utilize effective sales skills to successfully lease a high volume of clients' dream apartments and contribute to our sales growth.
Requirements
Active Real Estate Agent license.
Strong communication skills: Clear verbal and written communication to effectively connect with clients and provide outstanding service.
Sales prowess: Proven ability to engage and persuade clients, both over the phone and in-person, using effective sales techniques.
Tech-savviness: Comfortable using various software, including databases, client management tools, e-signature solutions, and communication platforms.
Market knowledge: A keen interest in Houston's rental market and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
Schedule: Available Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 7 pm.
