Project Management: As needed, oversee the successful implementation of new applications product offerings.

3+ years’ experience in marketing, sales or product management in a corporate environment

Demonstrated experience executing a marketing plan that drives meaningful and measurable customer and business benefits

Metrics and Reporting: Evaluate performance of campaigns and applications offerings. Routinely report on results, specifying insights and opportunities for improvement.

Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with marketing and sales teams

Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communications skills

Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, managers, and end users to configure, customize, leverage, and optimize the HCM solutions

Design, develop, implement, and enhance the HCM solutions to support strategic business objectives

Creative problem solving utilizing application and development expertise

Recommend and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiencies and process improvement

Participate as a Developer and SME in HCM related project implementations

Provide support and assistance in the processing of payrolls to include executing jobs and troubleshooting issues

Manages time and shifting priorities effectively while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of varying and sometimes conflicting business requirements.

Documents business user requirements through standard systems analysis methodologies.

Provide support on various applications managed by the team

Research and evaluate alternatives to recommend the most efficient and cost- effective solution that meets business requirements and IT standards.

Automate through PowerShell scripting data into production interfacing and reporting and manage verification processes

Diploma in Information Technology or relevant secondary education

Epic, Tapestry, Managed Care experience highly desired.
