Planning Expert Jobs

Our company is seeking highly motivated individuals with a positive mindset! As a Planning Expert, you are the primary point of contact for the client and will be responsible for planning, booking and maintaining travel arrangements for individuals, groups and/or businesses, on behalf of our suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Stay up to date on the travel industry and policies
• Work well in a group/team setting
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Prepare, plan and execute travel sales (including but not limited to airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events & activities)
• Complete required certification within a timely manner
• Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
• Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners

Skills and Requirements:

• Ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients interests
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
• Must have a smartphone and/or computer, with reliable internet access
• Ability to manage time and be organized
• Attention to accuracy and detail
• Must be 18 years of age or older, and be a resident of the United States
• Personal travel experience is not required but will be considered an advantage
• Computer and Internet knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
