The Role
We’re on the lookout for a results-driven Omnichannel Manager to help grow the Monarch Abode brand. The Manager is a great opportunity for a self-starter to take ownership of our digital presence across all our sales channels, including Amazon. The Omnichannel Manager should feel comfortable in their ability to wear many hats and bring rapid progress to an organization, working independently and executing growth strategies with limited resources.
This role is a highly critical role within Monarch International, and will report directly to the President of the company.
This is an exciting opportunity within a successful and growing company within the home décor and home improvement categories. You will be responsible for building out and overseeing E-Commerce Sales related activities for our 2 brands including sales, assortment / listing management, and performance analysis. The candidate must have strong project management skills, proficiency in driving online sales and experience with Amazon. This person is very data-driven and well versed in E-Commerce trends and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with CRO to build out a team of VAs as required to assist in listing management, data analysis and content creation
- Define, manage and execute ongoing digital content planning and calendar: plan marketing activities, promotions, new product launches and other activities necessary to support the brand(s) online.
- Own product listings, inventory control / out of stocks and coordinate with senior management to plan inventory efficiently.
- Oversee Amazon order management process, holding internal and external teams accountable for efficient operations and minimized chargebacks with Amazon.
- Analyze ASIN / SKU level data (sales, conversion rate, sessions, costs, etc.) to determine why certain products are trending up or down; clearly articulate observations and propose strategies for troubleshooting.
- Maintain E-Commerce KPI goals and regularly report on performance against KPI goals.
- Establish and manage third-party relationships for creative content creation
- Coordinate with Chief Revenue Officer, brand experience or outside resources for content creation, providing direction on needs; ensure content (copy/image/video assets) is on brand and optimal for digital performance.
- Support content needs across Amazon, Retail dotcoms and DTC, optimizing content for best-in-class performance - including enhanced branded content / A+ Pages on Amazon as well as optimize our online Amazon Store
- Monitor competitive activity, review digital touch points, propose action plans and identify opportunities for sales growth.
Pay Range: $65,000/yr - $90,000/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing / communications / digital / business / media
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve in a deadline-driven environment
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in E-Commerce/digital marketing.
- Extreme attention to detail, excellent follow-through skills and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a team environment and manage cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and advanced use of Excel, strong analytical skills
- Proven knowledge of CMS tools – Shopify experience a plus.
- Passion for all things digital
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with Amazon Vendor Central/Amazon Seller Central
- Excellent project management skills, organized.
