Job Description

Our client, a global broadcast media and entertainment company, is actively looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in New York City! This is a hybrid role, onsite 2-3 days a week. This role has a 7/1 start date.


***This is a 6 month contract with the opportunity to extend or convert***


This Administrative Assistant will be working within the Ad sales department.


Responsibilities

  • Handle all other issues as directed
  • Maintain files
  • Keep schedules and calendars as assigned
  • Establish strong relationships and act as a liaison with agency counterparts and departments


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Highly organized, detailed oriented
  • Strong computer knowledge (word processing, excel, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills to be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and under deadline
