The TLS F-35 Training and Logistics Business Development Director is responsible for the strategy and business development for the F-35 Training and Logistics market segment within the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) TLS Line of Business. The Director will lead a team to establish a growth strategy and manage a domestic and international opportunity pipeline, in partnership with the market segment Vice President.

• The Director will be responsible for customer engagement planning and execution, new business capture, new business fund (NBF) decision making, and talent development of a diverse team. In this role, the Director acts as the prime internal and external contact for TLS F-35 and ensures that skills and assigned portfolios are aligned to the market segment strategic priorities. The Director will actively develop and maintain internal and external relationships to optimize solutions in the dynamic and competitive market.
