Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Logistics Manager to join our company. As a logistics manager, you will play a critical role in controlling and optimizing all aspects of our logistics operations. Your primary focus will be on coordinating the efficient movement of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth operations across all locations. This is a remote job that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively with our team and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations and technologies to provide innovative solutions and improve logistics processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local, regional regulations governing logistics operations.
  • Control the recruitment, training and performance management of logistics personnel to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate transportation, storage and distribution of goods according to customer requirements, minimizing costs and increasing efficiency.
  • Analyze logistics data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage stock levels, track stock levels and take appropriate action to avoid shortages or overstocks.


Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, remote staff and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data, creating reports and making data-driven decisions.
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • High school or equivalent.
