Job Description

Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Training Coordinator with 3 + years of experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator, Trainer, or a similar role. The right candidate will have a proven track record of helping to conducting successful training programs and supporting the training staff.


Note:this is a remote position with occasional meetings in the office - located in Baltimore, MD


The Training Coordinator's responsibilities include planning and coordinating staff training, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of training topics or technologies and company policies. may also be responsible for helping lead a training courses.


• Create training schedules with all necessary project stakeholders, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the program.

• Train new students on company policies and procedures and an overview of training methods for a specific purpose or audience.

• Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.

• Inform students on scheduled training and classes.

• Organize training materials and paperwork, order and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities and manage the budget set for training.


Skills/Responsibilities

· Excellent time management skills, presentation skills, problem-solving skills and both verbal and written communication skills

· Proficiency in MS-Office Suite - including PowerPoint presentation software.

· Knowledge about traditional and modern training methods and techniques

· Exceptional organization skills, leadership and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work with a team and have attention to detail

· Knowledgeable about learning management systems, instructional design and e-learning platforms

· Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze data.


Education

Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, or a related field is preferred.
