The Opportunity...


We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Training Coordinator to join our global sales enablement training team. As the Training Coordinator, you will serve as the right hand to the Senior Director of Training, providing crucial support in coordinating training operations, managing administrative functions, communications, projects, client, and internal initiatives, supporting senior training leaders, and analyzing results and data from training events and objects. Your role will be instrumental in assisting the Senior Director in driving the success of our training initiatives and ensuring that our programs are consistently aligned with organizational goals.


How You'll Contribute...


  • Maintain records of ongoing initiatives and projects for the department, ensuring deadlines and tasks are addressed in the allotted timeframe
  • Take ownership of communications with relevant stakeholders and training audiences, including but not limited to, emailing training completions, new training announcements, attendance, new hire onboarding, and any additional, as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Director and Senior Training Leaders to coordinate and track all training sessions, onboardings, workshops, new training rollouts, stakeholder upskilling, etc. Take a proactive approach in managing training registrations and participant communication, ensuring a positive participant experience, including ILT setup and registration in the Sales Operations LMS
  • Support the Senior Director in facilitating effective communication between trainers, participants, and stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the training-request queries, providing timely and accurate information to the relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director to collect and compile participant feedback and evaluations from training sessions
  • Own the maintenance, distribution, reporting, and data breakdown of training department surveys
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, ensuring continuous enhancement of training programs
  • Assist the Senior Director in preparing comprehensive reports and visualizations that summarize training results and provide valuable insights for program improvement
  • Communication and Correspondence:
  • Results and Data Analysis:
  • Develop and maintain master calendar of classes and trainers
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of training data, including participant performance, knowledge gain, and training effectiveness
  • Create, distribute, and maintain support materials for training classes, including but not limited to, QRGs, participant materials, facilitator materials, graduation certificates, etc
  • Respond to inquiries and correspondence related to training programs promptly and professionally
  • Training Logistics and Coordination:
  • Maintain a centralized repository for training department resources and reference materials, by sales vertical, including training records, attendance, and evaluations using the LMS
  • Development of training trackers, chat channels, and rosters for each new hire cohort
  • Collaborate closely with the Training Department heads to coordinate and communicate any changes or updates to training programs and schedules
  • Ensure data accuracy and timeliness by implementing rigorous data entry practices
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director to generate comprehensive reports and perform data analysis to evaluate program effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Support the Senior Director in tracking training deadlines and ensuring employees meet mandatory training requirements
  • Assist in communicating important training information, updates, and reminders to participants via email, newsletters, or other communication channels
What We're Looking For...


  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in a training or learning context
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Comfortable taking initiative and working from home
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Familiarity with training evaluation techniques and tools is a plus
  • Proven experience in training coordination, project coordination, administrative assistance, executive assistance, or similar administrative roles
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and experience with learning management systems or databases
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with trainers, participants, and stakeholders
  • Team player and positive attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
