PAY RATE $16
Monday - Friday (7am or 8am start)
This person would be assisting HR and Accounting and members of our site staff with basic admin duties. Would like a person with proficiency in Word & Excel and experience working as an administrative professional. Does not have to have an HR background but preferred. Must have accouting or finance experence to be considered. A high level admin will work as well.
Responsibilites
Assist with the preparation of presentations and other HR related reports
Assist in onboarding new hires
Provide administrative HR and Finance support by organizing and filing required personnel documents.
Assist in document audits to ensure HR compliance
Assist with other assignments and projects as needed.
Filing
Checking Site Voice mail and routing calls
Assisting with coordination of events
Coordination of lunch meetings
Data entry as needed
Putting together onboarding info for new hires
Any other admin duties that may come up

- Strong customer service skills and business ethics
- Proficient in MS Office - Word and Excel
- Accouting experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
