Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented self-starter with administrative office experience? We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced and exciting Entertainment Talent Agency! As an Administrative Assistant, you'll perform a variety of core tasks, including creating, proofing, and editing contracts, interfacing with agents, artists, and managers, and managing calendars.
We're seeking someone with excellent written and oral communication skills, who can manage simultaneous projects, answer numerous emails, and meet deadlines every day. The ideal candidate should be able to follow up and see projects through to completion and communicate effectively during all working hours via phone, text, and email. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, are a must.
If you have strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to handle confidential matters, and can work independently while being a team player, we encourage you to apply! This position is remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
