Responsibilities


  • Generate weekly sales reports
  • Organizes, completes and files various sales documents
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provides administrative support to the Residential Sales Manager
  • Processes monthly commission
  • Assist with dispatching as needed


Qualifications


  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 2 -4 years of experience of relevant administration experience
