General Summary
This position provides administrative support to the General Manager, Supply Chain Management, as well as other department managers. Additionally, this position handles all general coordinating needs for the Rockmart location.

General Summary
This position provides administrative support to the General Manager, Supply Chain Management, as well as other department managers. Additionally, this position handles all general coordinating needs for the Rockmart location.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Works closely with Rockmart facilities team for general maintenance and ordering of supplies. Informs appropriate staff of maintenance concerns and/or improvements needed to properly maintain the facility.
- Works with the Warehouse Department to provide monthly reports. Supports the Warehouse Department with additional data where needed.
- Handles all warehouse purchases.
- Handles all supply purchases for the Rockmart facility.
- Provides monthly reports to the General Manager, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse, and the Supply Chain Management department as required.
- Responsible for various items related to the facility, ie mail, etc.
- Handles all calls from employees from other locations, walk-ins, and visitors from the lobby acting as the Facilities receptionist.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Strong proficiency in organizational skills.
- Must be adaptable and be able to consistently deal with ever-changing conditions.
- Ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills including effective collaboration and communication skills; ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Two-three years of related work experience.
- Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High school diploma.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office software programs such as Excel Able to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Some college coursework in business.
