- Load monthly reporting into acquisition software
- Update annual budget templates
- Managing daily and weekly system updates
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports such as but not limited to:
- Administrative tasks such as but not limited to:
- Upkeep of property schedules
- Ad Hoc responsibilities as assigned
- Annual property Licensing and insurance compliance
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures for current position as well as relevant operational tasks
- Administrative support for onboarding and offboarding properties
- Update weekly audit template and dashboards
- Monthly renewal processing
- Preparation of monthly asset reporting templates
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to proactively meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PPT
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- 3+ years experience in an administrative role
- An associate degree or higher is a plus
- Yardi experience is a plus
- Real-estate experience is a plus
