Job Description

Mind Point Group is seeking a Junior Program Coordinator to fill a people-focused role and function for one of our government clients. This is an exciting new role to support our vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, research and forensics and cyber threat hunt teams for our government client. This position is critical to the continued growth of the client’s operational capabilities, and you will join an established and experienced group that is motivated to provide excellent services in defending federal infrastructure.


What you get to do every day:

Support Federal Leads and management to fully understand and help them meet their current and future resource and organizational needs

Develop penetration testing Rules of Engagement documents and schedule security assessment stakeholder meetings

Assist with establishing Standard Operating Procedures for vulnerability assessments and penetration testing along with cyber defense research and forensics and threat hunting operational processes

Ensure that effective tools and processes are in place to deliver effective capacity planning and tracking

Establish and document processes and procedures related to security assessments, cyber security tool training, and resource management

Organize and maintain sensitive files in electronic and hardcopy format as appropriate

Track and monitor organizational tasks to ensure team collaboration and gather inputs from various government departments

Coordinate initial tasking and consolidation of issues and ensure that they are appropriately brought to the federal leads and program management’s attention and appropriately briefed or otherwise presented to senior officials

Build and inspire collaborative relationships across the organization

Develop presentations and documents based on analysis and direction

Recommend, implement, organize, and track cyber security assessment metrics such as vulnerability scans, exploits, reporting deliverables, and any other team metrics

Coordinate on boarding activities with resource and government client

Manage security assessment calendars and team resource coverage with attention to detail, accuracy, and appropriate time allocations

Arrange and host cross-team meetings and conferences

Assist with meeting preparations and meeting minutes; and any other duties as assigned

Develop meeting agendas and track deliverables

Provide operational support within the cyber defense teams

Performs other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

Top Secret Clearance required


What skills are required?

One (1) year of general work experience and one (1) year of relevant experience in functional responsibility in a similar role, such as project coordination and administration and resource management

Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and flexibly adapt to changing conditions

Must possess a high degree of originality, creativity, and initiative, requiring some supervision

Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication and problem-solving skills are required

Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and resource management tools and techniques is required

What is ideal?

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business, Cybersecurity or a related field is strongly preferred

Experience in Cyber or IT industry is highly preferred

Experience in Federal environments is preferred • Experience with Help Desk, Data Management and Human Resources.

What You’ll Do:

As the Junior Play Coordinator, your time will be spent facilitating the administrative duties related to the various components of the Junior Tennis Pathway.


More specifically, you will:

Provide administrative support to the Junior Play Department.

Provide database maintenance for junior competition, including survey. results, tournament director compliance, and junior participation reports.

Assist with sanction and scheduling throughout the year.

Create content for parent education.

Serve as initial telephone contact to answer questions and address concerns of members, players and volunteers.

Serve as a staff liaison to the Jr Tournament, JTT, TEAM NC and Jr. Pathway Committee.

Demonstrate proficiency with all industry tools such as Net Generation, Safe Play, TennisLink, Stripe, Serve Tennis and other products employed for registration and member services.

Assist with camps as needed.

Work with other staff to grow all programs through shared ideas and collaboration.

What You’ll Need:

You will need to have exceptional organizational skills to keep up with the hundreds of Junior Pathway programs happening around the state. We do require that all of our team members complete the United States Olympic Committee’s Safe Sport Training within 45 days of hiring.

WHAT IS AN PROGRAM COORDINATOR?

As a part of the LAX Outreach team, this position will coordinate with the Program Manager to coordinate with LAX, all airlines and organizations in and around LAX to establish outreach reporting systems and develop tools to assess the effectiveness.


Responsibilities include:

Working with LAX to develop strategies to increase awareness and implementation of reporting strategies among the LAX community.

Engaging and assess capabilities of community groups, faith groups and other non-professional outreach teams in and around LAX.

Identifying potentially undeserved geographic areas/ locations and work with the outreach teams to engage and assess homeless individuals throughout the entire LAX area.

Actively working with the outreach team and LHASA to identify potshots and encampments to target for coordinated outreach outside of the LAX terminals.

In collaboration with the Program Manager and Associate Director providing support in capacity building of outreach team through trainings or other learning opportunities.

Completing intake, assessment, service plans in coordination with client and within the documentation standards set forth by the program contract and PATH.

Demonstrate knowledge or experience with case management techniques such as critical time intervention, strategies for harm reduction, crisis intervention, and motivational interviewing

Possess a high level of tolerance and understanding for individuals with urgent and multiple case management and health needs

Exercise mature judgement, and are highly motivated, self-starting and proactive

Are excellent at communicating, whether in writing or verbally

Have a strong sense of prioritization and can coordinate multiple demands in a high-pressure environment
