Administrative Assistant...We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The duties of the Administrative Assistant are providing support to our Executive Buyer, assisting in daily office needs, and managing the department's general administrative activities. Must be proficient in Excel and know how to generate pivot tables, use x-lookup, and other related formulas. Administrative Assistant responsibilities: Generate quotations and excel reports for Executive buyer using databases. · Email suppliers to retrieve information on pricing, purchase orders, shipping issues, and products.
