Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Personal Injury Law Firm as an Intake Manager. This role is crucial in managing the intake process and ensuring a seamless experience for potential clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong managerial and sales skills, be highly organized, and have a deep understanding of the personal injury legal field. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the client intake process, including initial consultations and assessments
- Manage and lead a team of intake specialists to ensure efficient and accurate client information gathering
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the intake process, streamline operations, and increase conversion rates
- Collaborate with attorneys to assess each case's viability and prioritize clients accordingly
- Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and standards throughout the intake process
- Analyze metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
Requirements:
- Managerial experience in a law firm or similar environment
- Proven track record of success in sales and achieving revenue targets
- Extensive knowledge of personal injury law and procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in relevant software and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- Must be willing to work regular business hours Pacific Standard Time.
Benefits:
- Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 based on experience
