A well-renowned investing banking firm with an office in SF is seeking a senior-level Administrative Assistant to join its team and support a senior Managing Director additional to 4-5 other bankers. Our ideal candidate is a confident multi-tasker with an eye for detail. This firm is looking for a poised candidate who is able to work in fast-paced environments while handling heavy calendars, travels, and expenses.

Your day will look like:

• Collaborating with other assistants to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Coordinating heavy domestic and international travel with itineraries
• Managing heavy calendars for executives with great attention to detail
• Screening and directing internal/external calls with professional demeanor
• Planning and executing team and individual meetings which includes reserving conference rooms for executives
• Handling expenses, budget management, and other financials

We’re looking for:

• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• Ability to handle and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, with a desire to optimize processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office a must
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in administrative support; finance experience required
• Inquisitive, proactive, and motivated work ethic
