Cascadia is seeking recent graduates to join our team as Investment Banking Analysts in our Los Angeles or Austin locations. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced culture and play a key role in Cascadia’s continued growth and success. Analysts will be placed in one of our industry teams based on needs and mutual interest shortly after joining the Firm.

Responsibilities:

Analysts are responsible for developing and reviewing financial and valuation models, drafting information memorandums and management presentations, managing due diligence efforts working directly with management teams and buyer/seller groups, and researching tech industry trends, companies and M&A counterparties.

• BA/ BS degree
• Outstanding client service mindset and capabilities
• Team player, strong ability to collaborate and deliver solution-based results
• Exposure to financial modeling skills
• Class of 2023 graduate
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent financial and data analysis skills
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, proactive work habits
• Completion of investment banking internship or equivalent experience
• Passion for investment banking
• Outstanding quantitative and technical skills, including strong Microsoft Office knowledge
• Critical/strategic thinking capability

This is a hybrid role. The base salary range for this job is $80,000. In addition to base salary, we provide an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance. Cascadia also offers a competitive benefits package which includes
