Restructuring And Investment Banking Analyst/Associate

Our team is partnering with a firm led by top of Wall Street experience focused on T&R, Performance Improvement, and Investment Banking, who are looking for Analysts/Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating the financial and operational health of companies, identifying areas of improvement, and developing and implementing plans to help struggling businesses recover and succeed. The Turnaround and Restructuring Analyst will work closely with management teams, stakeholders, and other professionals to provide insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track progress of restructuring efforts, and make adjustments as necessary
• Prepare presentations and reports on findings and recommendations for stakeholders and management teams
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
• Identify operational inefficiencies and areas of improvement in the business operations, and recommend changes to improve performance
• Work with cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and operational teams to implement turnaround and restructuring plans
• Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements, budgets, cash flows, and other relevant data to assess the financial and operational health of companies
• Execute T&R Engagements, Performance Improvement, and Investment Banking Transactions
• Develop and implement restructuring plans that aim to reduce costs, increase profitability, and optimize resource allocation
• Evaluate the viability of business models and develop financial models to support decision-making

Qualifications:

• Strong financial modeling (LBO Modeling) and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Investment Banking
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to a non-financial audience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
