Accounts Receivable Specialist Jobs

Description:
Our company is looking for a dedicated and thorough Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position will assist WolfPack Industries with reconciling, billing, and customer rapport for one of our branches. Key duties and responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist include:

• Adhere to monthly deadlines
• Complete various reports for management team and auditors
• Issue PO's for third party services related to customer activity
• Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording of entries, month-end accruals and account reconciliations
• Treat all information with confidentiality
• Compare sales documents to other company documents to ensure accurate billing
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, company field personnel and corporate staff
• Manage accounts receivable using Quick Books and customer portals
• Process customer invoices timely and accurately while adhering to company/departmental procedures
• Analyze workflow processes

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
• College accounting or finance degree or 5-7 years of accounting or finance experience
• Ability to travel to other office locations as needed
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent computer skills including Excel and accounting systems; Quick Books experience a plus
