We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team in the industrial manufacturing industry. As the Corporate Accounting Manager, you will provide strategic advice and support to senior management and play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the consolidation process, financial analysis, and reporting for our multi-entity structure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall consolidation process, including the review and validation of financial data from various entities within the organization.
• Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the consolidation process, streamline procedures, and improve efficiency. Implement best practices and automation tools to drive process optimization.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and perform financial modeling to support decision-making processes. Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to senior management regarding financial performance, trends, and potential risks.
• Monitor intercompany transactions, ensuring proper elimination and reconciliation of intercompany balances. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Provide insightful analysis and commentary on financial results, highlighting key trends and variances.
• Ensure compliance with internal control requirements and assist with external audits. Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation and explanations as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong adaptability to evolving business needs and changing priorities. Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of the finance function.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present financial information to non-financial stakeholders, and lead a team of professionals.
• Proficiency in utilizing financial software systems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, consolidation methodologies, and financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP).
• Professional accounting designation is required.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting in manufacturing environment with multi-entities.
